Story: The true story of how a seal named Andre befriended a little girl named Toni and her family in 1962.

Toni Whitney and her family adopt a baby seal named Andre. When he grows up and starts getting into mischief, he antagonizes some of the fisherman in town. One of them, Billy Baker, is upset with the Whitneys because Tonis father, Harry, was appointed Harbor Master instead of him, partially because of Andre. But when Andres humorous antics attracts media attention, further squeezing out Billy, and running down his business, he gets even more upset.
