Following a zombie outbreak in Las Vegas, a group of mercenaries take the ultimate gamble, venturing into the quarantine zone to pull off the greatest heist ever attempted.
With the abandoned, walled city of Las Vegas overrun with zombies after a disastrous government fault, billionaire casino magnate Bly Tanaka realises he has left something behind in Sin City: $200 million. But for the time being, his mountains of cash are safe behind an impenetrable casino vault. Now Tanaka is willing to pay $50 million to decorated former mercenary Scott Ward and his hand-picked team to retrieve the money before the US President nukes the entire city. Indeed, this is a life-changing offer Scott cannot refuse; nevertheless, the rules have changed, and this time, the horde of the walking undead seems to be more organised than they might have expected. Above all, time is running out. Will Wards crew return from Vegas in one piece and rich?
In Los Angeles, after an accident on the road between a truck of an army convoy that is transporting a top-secret cargo and a civilian car, the container with the cargo is released and a zombie is released. The zombie kills the soldiers and Los Angeles is attacked and most of the population is infected, soon becoming a city of zombies isolated from humans. When the government decides to wipe-out LA from the map using a nuke, the restaurant cook Scott Ward, who survived the attack, is invited by the casino owner Bly Tanaka to retrieve US 200 million from his state-of-art vault before the bombing; in return, he would receive US 50 million. Scott accepts the challenge and organizes a ten-member crew to accomplish the task. But Tanaka has a hidden agenda that will affect the mission.
