Story: After winning a stud farm in lieu of gambling debts, bookie Duke Bradley turns an eye to the daughter of the now deceased gambler and her millionaire fiancée.

Carol Clayton is the daughter of a horse breeder at Saratoga. Though engaged to wealthy Hartley Madison, and disgusted by bookie Duke Bradley, her father owes Bradley a lot of money and Bradley takes a shine to her.

Brookdale horse farm, in the Clayton family for generations, is broke because of Frank Claytons gambling, when news comes that Franks daughter Carol plans to marry millionaire Hartley Madison. But matters are complicated because bookie Duke Bradley holds the deed to Brookdale, and Carol is determined to pay him off with no help from Hartley. And dont the sparks fly between Duke and Carol! The climax hangs on the result of a very close horse race...
