Story: A rape victim is exacting revenge on her aggressors in a small town outside San Francisco. "Dirty" Harry Callahan, on suspension for angering his superiors (again), is assigned to the case.

A vicious serial-killer is on the loose in San Francisco and the police trace a link to the small town of San Paulo, which is further down the coast. When Harry Callahan (Clint Eastwood) upsets the press and the Mayor in his usual style, hes shipped out of town to investigate while the heat is on. With the help of his new .44 Magnum handgun, Harry goes on the trail leaving behind the usual trail of dead criminals along the way.

As the blonde vigilante embarks on a violent crusade, the always gruff San Francisco Police Department Homicide Inspector, Harry Callahan, attempts to shed light on the trail of murders, and connect the dots. However, this time, a strange sense of admiration starts to develop. Now, each empty cartridge case he finds, it leads him to a dead scumbag, bringing Callahan one step closer to an empowered Jennifer. Will Harry put an end to Jennifers reign of terror?
