Episode Info: Supergrass Reggie Betts arrives in Jersey with his domineering mother Lola to escape the wrath of fellow criminals anxious to locate a cache of stolen diamonds. They are followed by Joey Brown, whom Reggie double-crossed, and his men, and Jim is assigned to be Lolas minder until the police recover the jewels. Story: Recovering alcoholic and divorced father of a young daughter, DS Jim Bergerac is a true maverick who prefers doing things his own way, and consequently doesnt always carry out his investigations the way his boss would like.
