Episode Info: Celebrity actor James Van Der Beeks bitchy friend Chloe rents a room in her New York building to naive, ambitious country girl June Colburn. As usual, Chloe expects to cheat and pester the tenant to leave without her deposit. To Jamess amusement and winning Chloes respect, June puts up a surprisingly good fight. Reward and revenge come rolled into one, in all senses naked proof that Junes fiancé Steven is a serial cheater.

Story: Chloe is a New York party girl with the morals of a pirate. She causes trouble for her naive small town roommate, June, and Chloes best friend, James Van Der Beek.

June moves to New York City to pursue her dream job at a mortgage company, which comes with its own apartment. However, the company is shut down on her first day and the apartment is taken away. June moves in with Chloe, who is a con-artist and all-round party girl. At first, they dont get along. When Chloes attempts to con June backfire, they end up becoming friends.
