Story: Washington, D.C. has a new defender: Freakazoid. The comedy and insanity never stop when hes around, and hes only one of the weird heroes of the series. Its better than a nice tub of good things.

Computer geek Dexter Douglas (David Haufman) turns into uncontrollable, unpredictable superhero Freakazoid (Paul Rugg), who dons red long underwear, blue skin, and weird hair. The transformation occurs while Dexter surfs on the internet. As a superhero, he fights crime whenever he sees it perpetrated by goofy villains, with his friends Steff (Tracy Rowe) and Sergeant Mike Cosgrove (Edward Asner).

On Christmas, young Dexter Douglas (David Haufman) of Washington, D.C. received the Pinnacle chip as a gift. He then went on the internet, but a flaw in the chip sucked him in. It filled his head with all the information on the net, but he became very silly. As superhero Freakazoid (Paul Rugg), he fights evil with urbane jokes and humiliates villains.
