Story: The Duncan family are adjusting to the surprise birth of their fourth child, Charlie. When parents Amy and Bob return to work they put their latest addition in the care of her three older siblings.

Teenagers Teddy and PJ Duncan and their 10-year-old brother, Gabe, are enlisted to help raise the newest addition to their family, Charlotte (nicknamed "Charlie"), when their parents return to work. With their parents juggling full time careers, they pitch in, getting very familiar with baby formula, burps, clothes, and babysitting while navigating typical teenage life.

High-School teenagers, Teddy and PJ Duncan, and their 10-year old brother, Gabe, are responsible for getting used to the newest addition to their family. A new baby named Charlie. When their parents have to return to work, the children have the responsibility to watch over Charlie and take care of her all while trying to survive their teenage lives.
