Episode Info: Using his new Anti-Matter Shrink Ray, Dr. Claw makes Talon tiny and orders him to infiltrate H.Q. and steal Inspector Gadgets schematics (as well as Professor Von Slickstein s Soup Tuesday soup recipe) / MAD plans to shut down global technology with a giant technology nullifier on New Zealands highest peak. Penny feels lost being unable to use her Codex, and Talon longs to use his precious MAD phone again.

Story: When Dr. Claw returns, Inspector Gadget is brought out of retirement to defeat him again, now with Penny and Brains open participation.

After being missing for years, Dr. Claw is revived by his nephew Talon with designs of conquest once again. In response, HQ calls Inspector Gadget out of retirement to face this menace. Fortunately, his niece, Penny, and his dog, Brain, are also able to help him once again. However, they are now official junior partners who can operate in the open at last, which is all the better considering the Inspector is just as clueless as ever.
