Episode Info: On the DEA sting in Seattle, Jimmy knows he has no chance to escape so decides to give himself up. Against Altmans wishes (he who is also in Seattle with the DEA), the DEA however has other intentions, namely to take Jimmy out for good and decide to shoot him under the pretense of Jimmy being armed and dangerous. In the process, the DEA shoots Morgan, shoots and kills one of their own in a friendly fire situation, shoots and kills an innocent bystander and allows Jimmy to escape into the night. Story: Organized crime and the Organized Crime Unit (OCU) work together to achieve the opposing goals of each respective world.

Jimmy Reardon and Mary Spalding head their respective organizations, Mary as Director of the Organized Crime Unit, Jimmy the boss of his familys organized crime business. Unexpectedly, Mary successfully recruits Jimmy to act as her star individual in the OCUs underground intelligence network on organized crime. However, its a two-way street as she needs to provide Jimmy with inside information on police knowledge of his businesses. Both Mary and Jimmy need to tread lightly in their relationship while they try and maintain a grip hold on their respective businesses.
