Episode Info: At Halloween the Baxter family is excited about their annual party, except for Mike, whos reluctantly tasked with choosing the theme. In hopes of turning everyone against the holiday, Mike decides that if the whole family has to dress up like one another theyll end up making fun of one another. Eve dresses up like Mandy and Mandy dresses down like Eve, Kristin and Ryan swap roles, and Mike shows up as - Donald Trump?. The impersonating turns into bickering, but in the end the Baxters come together to support Vanessa as she learns that shes being laid off.

Story: A married father of three tries to maintain his manliness in a world increasingly dominated by women.

Mike Baxter is the marketing director for an iconic outdoor sporting goods store. He loves to have adventures while hes traveling for work and, of course, he drives a pick-up truck. While Mike is king of the hill at work, hes the odd man out in a home that is dominated by women -- namely his wife, Vanessa, and their three daughters, 20- year-old Kristin, 17-year-old Mandy and 13-year-old Eve. After being a stay-at-home mom for years, Vanessa recently returned to the workplace and was quickly promoted (much to the dismay of her primarily male co-workers). As a result of Vanessas increased work load, Mike is pulled into more hands-on parenting than ever before.
