Episode Info: MacGyver arrives at a new neighborhood in a moving truck. A hood of surfer dudes, scantily clad roller-blade girls, bikers that look at the scantily clad roller-blade girls instead of where they are driving to, weirdos that come out of their house every morning at the same time, shouting "I am alive! I am free!", a helpful landlord Mel and an aspiring actress Kelly from across the street. Then there are the two rich old men who have nefarious plans for the hood. With neighbors like this, there is no need for criminals, terrorists or Murdoc.

Story: The adventures of a secret Agent armed with almost infinite scientific resourcefulness.

MacGyver is the anti-Bond. He doesnt drink or womanize; and never, ever shoots guns to win battles. He does however - like 007 up against impossible odds - always win: even if in the process it involves being curb-stomped, blown-up, knifed, shot, or sprayed with insecticides.

Macgyver is a secret agent with a difference. He is quiet, mild mannered, deeply principled and refuses to carry a gun on his missions. Fortunately, the last detail is unimportant when compared to his astounding mind. Drawing on a vast practical knowledge of science, Macgyver is able to make use of any mundane materials around him to create unorthodox solutions to any problem he faces. The enemies of world peace and justice continually learn that underestimating this man is a fatal mistake for their plans.
