Episode Info: The Major is dealing with a private whos misbehaving. He tells the private to blow off some steam. Elizabeth is dating a guy whos a roadie with a rock band. When she brings him home and the Major and Polly catch them and its the private. It seems that he and Elizabeth have not exactly been honest with each other. But they still want to see each other so the Major and Polly have to figure out what to do.

Story: A hard-nosed, conservative Marine impulsively proposes to the liberal reporter doing a story on him and agrees to help her raise her three daughters.

Major John MacGillis is a conservative, by-the-book, die-hard Marine. Polly Cooper is a pacifistic, liberal journalist. Nonetheless, when the two meet, theres instant and intense chemistry between them. With the permission of Pollys three daughters, the two get married within weeks. Now Polly and her girls must learn how to deal with being a Marine family, while Major MacGillis must learn how to be a Dad.
