Story: Mechanic Tylor Tuskmon has big dreams of working his way up the ranks to the Laugh Floor at Monsters Inc.

Tylor Tuskman had just graduated from Monsters University at the top of his scare class and has been recruited at Monsters Inc. as a scarer. However, the day before he started, Waternoose was canned. With Mike and Sully now in charge, the whole corporation is transitioning to a joke company. Tylor now needs to figure out how to become a jokester.

Monsters at Work takes place after the events of the 2001 film "Monsters Inc.", Sulley and Mike have been put in charge of Monsters Inc. after Mr. Waternoose has been arrested and imprisoned for conspiring with Randall to extract screams from children and for kidnapping Boo. Sulley and Mike decide to use laughter as a more efficient way to have power. Tylor Tuskmon, a college graduate from Monsters University has been accepted a job at Monsters Inc., but he learns that his new bosses are hiring jokesters instead of scarers.
