Episode Info: After playing a practical joke on Warden Ackerman, Lister and Rimmer along with Kochanski, Kryten and the Cat are forced to take on the guards led by Warden Ackerman in a game of basketball. When they spike the guards juice with a drug which gives them erections for 7 hours, Listers and Rimmers punishment is to peel all the potatoes for 2 weeks. Kryten, Kochanski and Cat investigate a derelict spacecraft, where they discover "The time Wand" a time device.

Story: The adventures of the last human alive and his friends, stranded three million years into deep space on the mining ship Red Dwarf.

An unambitious slob from Liverpool has been awakened from a high-tech stasis chamber 3 million years in the future to find that he might be one of the last humans alive. Hopelessly lost in space, this crew of mostly sad-sack bachelors kill time and share adventure aboard the mining ship Red Dwarf.

Three million years ago, a radiation leak killed the crew of the mining ship, Red Dwarf. The only survivor was Dave Lister, the chicken-soup machine repairman. He spends his time on the ship with a holographic projection of Arnold Rimmer (his dead bunkmate), Cat (a life-form that evolved from Daves cat), Holly (the ships senile computer), and Kryten (a service mechanoid).
