Episode Info: During a very hot day, Chuckie and Phil decide to wear Lils dresses after noticing that Betty is wearing pants like boys wear. They are happy with their cooler attire and the fact that dresses make great parachutes and make going to the bathroom a lot easier. But when they go to the International Food Faire, things get interesting as they are mistaken for girls. Chuckie and Phil are saved by a group of Scottish boys who are wearing kilts. Since Chuckie and Phil are wearing dresses with ducks on them, they name them "The Clan Of The Duck".

Story: The cartoon misadventures of four babies and their snotty older cousin as they face the things in life they dont understand.

Rugrats is a show about 4 babies, Tommy Pickles, Chuckie Finster, and Phil and Lil Deville. As we see their lives unravel, we get to hear them talk. On the sidelines are Tommys mean cousin Angelica, their friend Susie Carmichael (same age as Angelica), and everybodys parents.

"Rugrats" reveals the world from a babys point of view. Everything looks bigger, more mysterious and uncontrollable. Angelica, the oldest, likes to terrorize her cousin, Tommy, and his friends, and is famous for screaming, "You stupid babies!" The adults in the series are often clueless.
