Episode Info: A meteor crashes into a beehive, creating a mutant creature that calls itself Swarm, whose body is made up of thousands of bees. Swarm - whose lair is a giant beehive, where the meteor radiating its power is housed - immediately begins mutating worker bees into huge drones, then begins zapping the residents of New York City into drones.

Story: Spider-Man battles crime in New York City with the help of Iceman and Firestar.

In this series, Spider-Man forms a close friendship and alliance with two superheroes, Iceman and Firestar. Together, the group, informally known as "The Spider Friends", battle crime in New York City. Along the way, they not only face Spider-Mans own enemies, but also other major Marvel Comics villians like the Red Skull and Doctor Doom while also meeting other heroes of the Marvel Universe.
