Episode Info: When a punk robs the wrong place, knowing that "the people" who run it will come after him so he turns to his old friend, Huggy Bear to make things right with "them". Huggy calls the boss who tells him to just return it. But his friend tells his girlfriend what happened but she wants the money and it turns out shes seeing someone else so they kill him and take the money from Huggy Bear leaving him holding the bag. So Huggy turns to Starsky and Hutch for help.

Story: Two streetwise cops bust criminals in their red-and-white Ford Gran Torino, with the help of police snitch, Huggy Bear.

Tough Det. Sgt. Dave Starsky (Paul Michael Glaser) and educated Det. Sgt. Ken "Hutch" Hutchinson (David Soul) are plainclothes cops taking on dope dealers, muggers, and other thugs, aided by their Souped-up red-and-white 1974 Ford Gran Torino and informant Huggy Bear (Antonio Fargas). Both bachelors private lives play as interweaving threads in the drama.
