Episode Info: Ex-soldier Mickey Hamilton shoots and kills doctors in the local hospital, believing them to be responsible for the death of his wife and for the brain damage of his little girl, who is being cared for by nuns at a convent. The Professionals track him down by marrying up hospital and army records and then must race to prevent him from causing carnage at an international medical conference which is being held at Wembley.

Story: Bodie and Doyle, top agents for Britains CI5 (Criminal Intelligence 5), and their controller, George Cowley fight terrorism and similar high-profile crimes. Cowley, a hard ex-MI5 operative, hand-picked each of his men. Bodie was a cynical ex-SAS paratrooper and mercenary whose nature ran to controlled violence, while his partner, Doyle, came to CI5 from the regular police force, and was more of an open-minded liberal.
