Episode Info: During a rare eclipse of the moon, a rip between dimensions opens; allowing a small friendly ghost to wander off into New York and Slimer decides to look after it. When the ghosts parents come looking for their baby, the Ghostbusters mistakenly capture them. They soon realise their error - but not before the baby disappears again - can they reunite the spooky family before the eclipse is over?

In this animated update of the hit motion picture, the Ghostbusters are up to their same old tricks, keeping the city safe from demons, curses, spooks and every other off-the-wall weirdness known (and unknown) to mortal man. This time they have help from their old nemesis Slimer ("Onionhead"), a new arsenal of weapons, and an occasional assist from their faithful secretary Janine Melnitz. In 1988, the start of the fourth season, the series was part of a one-hour block of Ghostbusters cartoons (it was joined with the newly created "Slimer!" series) known as "Slimer! And The Real Ghostbusters."
