Episode Info: The Thornberrys are in the Congo along the banks of the Congo River to film the African Clawless Otter where they are waiting for Tyler Tucker to join them. Tyler and Eliza are cousins and close in age and very competitive with each other. When the commvee is put out of commission they take a small steamer boat named Prudence up the river in search of the otter. Tyler is not aware of all the dangers that the wild can hold and soon has them heading straight for disaster.

Eliza Thornberry (Lacey Chabert) is not your ordinary kid. Its not just because she travels the world in an RV with her parents, famous nature-show hosts Nigel (Tim Curry) and Marianne (Jodi Carlisle). Eliza is doubly unique because she was granted the magical ability to talk with and understand animals. With her teenage sister Debbie (Danielle Harris), her wild-boy foster brother Donnie (Flea), and her pet monkey Darwin (Tom Kane), Eliza gets involved with many different wildlife (and wild adventures).
