Episode Info: When Quick Draw McGraw pulls out his trusty six-string in an attempt to put the El Kabong kibosh on the Dalton Gang, he gets hauled off to the hoosegow. So he turns to noted constitutional law expert Harvey Birdman to defend his right to keep and bear guitars. Meanwhile, Harveys boss, Phil Ken Sebben, takes $12 billion from the powerful guitar lobby to fund his presidential campaign. Not that that would make him beholden to them. And Peanut and Baba Looey get into trouble when they get their hands on Quick Draws private guitar arsenal.

Story: Third-rate superhero Harvey Birdman gets a new lease on life when he becomes a lawyer.

Harvey Birdman, the superhero formerly known as Birdman, is now a practicing (and dimwitted) lawyer. His cases always involve legal disputes between cartoon characters. Past cases involve custody of Jonny Quest, a copyright infringement case between the Chan Clan and Jabberjaw, and Fred Flintstones possible mob connections.
