Episode Info: The Albuquerque P.D. finds a body buried and with it Stans old id. When Stan arrives he says he thinks the body was the first witness he handled: a comedian named Willie Rip. Willie was performing in a club owned by criminals at that time and saw them kill someone. The criminals were about to kill him when his girlfriend Gwen saved him, and following this they both entered the witness relocation program. Stan misses out details of Gwen when re-telling the story for Dershowitz. And when Dershowitz asks for the mans file, Stan withholds part of it.

Story: U.S. Marshal Mary Shannon must hunt down witnesses for federal cases in the witness protection program while also managing a rather dysfunctional family and her own personal life.

Mary Shannon is a U.S. Marshal in the witness protection program who spends her time relocating federal witnesses.. Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Mary works with her partner, Marshall Mann, to place criminals and innocent witnesses into new lives. When not putting her life on the line to protect federal witnesses, Mary attempts to manage her dysfunctional family, including overly dependent mother, Jinx, and younger sister, Brandi, both of whom live with her. Between work and family, Mary has little time for boyfriend Raphael Ramirez who plays minor league baseball.
